Picky Eater Approved Recipe

So throughout the blog I will be posting recipes that are toddler picky eater approved.

It will be kind of random as it’s whenever my daughter likes something that I make without fussing or making a million faces.

I was surprised that she liked this recipe but hey I’m happy!

Drum roll please……… cauliflower soup.

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

2 carrots

1 garlic clove

½ a sweet onion if you have it on hand

1 soup spoon of vegetable bouillon (yep that’s how I measure around here)

Yeah I’m bringing that sorry looking aloe back to life 😉

Directions:

Rough chop all that up and throw it in a pot with enough water to fill up halfway.

Cover with lid.

Once it’s all cooked, say 15-20 minutes on medium high heat, throw it all in a blender.

Add a sprinkle of thyme and a teaspoon-ish of turmeric and blend.

Serve!

Delish !!

Note: I added a veggie packed sandwich for mama. I need something with a little substance while baby boy is breast-feeding haha!

Try and let me know how it went!

Xo,

Elizabeth
